Postpartum Services.
Just had a baby and feeling a little overwhelmed? Many new moms experience difficulty sleeping, exhaustion, physical soreness, difficulty running errands, and keeping up with housework, and difficulty with breastfeeding. Many families choose to hire a postpartum doula to help alleviate these issues. As a postpartum doula, I do whatever it is that a mom and family need - whether that is providing information and counseling, cooking/meal prepping**, grocery shopping, massage, or housework.
Something that sets me apart from other postpartum doulas is that I also offer childcare for older children, as I am an experienced nanny. My goal is to provide clients with coaching and support in day-to-day postpartum challenges so that they can more fully enjoy bonding time with their families and newborns.

- childcare
- strategic planning to maximize rest and healing and minimize stress and discomfort.
